Conversational Intelligence®: C-IQ
The key to driving an organization to its next level of greatness...
What is Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ)?
Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) is the hardwired and learnable ability to connect, navigate and grow with others – a necessity in building healthier and more resilient organizations and client rapport in the face of change. C-IQ begins with trust and ends with high-quality relationship and business success.
We are in conversations every day and research shows that 9 out of 10 conversations miss the mark. Sometimes people may believe “I don’t have time to spend in deep conversations; they take too long.” By mastering C-IQ, you will discover that conversations are easier to have even when those conversations address difficult subject matter. Learning to communicate in a way where you listen to others and they listen to you means that you are truly understanding each other.
C-IQ gives us the power to influence our neurochemistry, and the neurochemistry of those we are conversing with in real time. This allows for more transparency, stronger relationships, deeper understanding, shared success, and most of all the ability to tell the truth, which closes the chasms that separate us from one another.

Having difficult conversations?
Not being understood?
Navigating Silos?
Speaking up in meetings?
Collaborating as a team?
Introduce your talent to C-IQ: The Neuroscience of Conversations!
Once your colleagues understand how to generate and engage in inclusive conversations, they will not only contribute more effectively to their teams and clients, but they will also experience greater productivity, creativity, and overall engagement. They’ll be literally rewiring their brains to be healthier. It’s not a how-to system to follow. Rather, it’s an embodiment. And once they “get it”, it can never be taken away.
"The quality of our culture depends on the quality of our relationships, which depend on the quality of our conversations. Everything happens through conversation!"
