FAQ’s:

  • No worries! We record the sessions. While your input will be missed, you can catch (and review) the educational content delivered. Plus, a 'highlights document' will be added within a week of the session for added context.

  • Have you ever heard the saying "you get out what you put in"? That's true with the D2W experience, too.

    Here are three opportunities to invest in your learning and personal + professional development:

    1. Pre-work: HIGHLY recommended. This will take you between 15 minutes and 45 minutes. If you do the 'minimum' - which is watching a video and reading a 'poem', it'll take about 15 minutes. If you want to invest in a short but telling Values exercise, that will take an additional 30 minutes.

    2. Attend the four 2-hour workshops. This adds up to 8 hours.

    3. Take advantage of the resources pages; links to articles, podcasts, blog posts and videos to support the learning. Devote 5 minutes to a quick read or an hour for a podcast. Warning: this could lead you down some rabbit holes!
