Clarity, Focus & Fulfillment. What Better Gift Is There?

This holiday season, we’re looking back not only on the month of November, but on this entire rollercoaster of a year. It all started with my Word of the Year: Space. Well-chosen in retrospect, it became a daily reminder to me (and hopefully a weekly reminder to you) to create the space for perspective, for reflection, for “being”, for becoming more resilient, and for developing deeper connections during a time of deep divisions.

As I reminisce, I’m humbled by the feedback received throughout the year regarding DRIVEN’s self-paced e-course— Intentional Productivity: 12 Principles to Design a Life of Clarity, Focus and Fulfillment (IP:12). Here are a couple of lines that make me smile:

“The Intentional Productivity program gave me tools to use on a daily basis to help proactively manage my stress, stay organized, and make time daily for mindfulness and wellness.” -Laura Nations, Director, People Initiatives & Operations, Armanino LLP

“Prior to taking the course, I certainly managed my time and scheduled my priorities, but I was unaware of and did not reflect on how my own scheduling was draining my energy— energy I needed to enjoy what I was doing more. I am now scheduling more strategically – taking advantage of when I get my best work done – and filling “gaps” with activities that help replenish my energy. It’s not about working more hours; it’s about getting more out of your working hours.” -Colleen Duffy, Managing Director, BDO Advisory Services

In recognizing the fragility of life over these last 20 months, it’s become important to me personally to spend time on the activities, projects and tasks that matter to me. This translates to my commitment to self-care, a connection cadence with my network, and creating clear WOWs (Ways Of Working) with colleagues and clients. This clarity guides me to set healthy boundaries and ensures that I spend enough time at work doing what I do best and enjoy most. My self-check is considering how I am aligning what I say is most important to me with how I actually allocate my time and energy.

If these personal commitments of mine resonate with you, our IP:12 e-course is for you. This beautiful, writable PDF is loaded with useful frameworks, assessments, checklists and inspiration, accompanied by a video introduction for each principle, starring me. You can work through each module sequentially or choose one that speaks to you. AND, if you’re a coach, this workbook is the ideal toolkit to support your clients with the HOW that follows the WHAT and the WHY when it comes to productivity.

Looking ahead, in the spirit of community, I’ll be conducting four OfficeHours sessions starting Monday, January 10th, where you can “double click” and take a deeper look into the four phases of Intentional Productivity. These live-streamed sessions will take place at 11:30am ET (8:30am PT, 1630 GT, 1730 CET), and anyone who has purchased or received IP:12 as a gift will be invited to these sessions!

Consider IP:12 for yourself or a loved one. The gift of Clarity, Focus and Fulfillment in 2022 is a priceless investment today!

On behalf of the DRIVEN Team, I wish you the happiest of holidays!

Cheers!
-Deborah Goldstein
